B2 SKIES FLORIDA, LLC grew out of the barrier-island building culture of Melbourne Beach — a place where architecture must answer to salt air, storm surge, and some of the most extraordinary light on the Atlantic coast. Our studio was formed around a simple conviction: coastal buildings should not merely survive their environment, they should soar within it.
From elevated residences that rise above the flood plain to commercial blocks that open their streetscapes to the breeze, our work pairs rigorous Florida building-code fluency with an unmistakably aerial design sensibility. We plan rooftops like lookouts and lift living spaces toward the horizon.
Today our collaborative team of licensed architects and designers serves homeowners, developers, and builders across Melbourne Beach, the Space Coast, and the broader Florida market — carrying every project from first site walk to final construction document with the same upward ambition.
